We want YGB to be accessible for any venue, so we've kept our pricing competitive, and simple.
Bays are charged at £2 per bay, per month. So if you run a 20 bay range, it's £40/month + VAT.
Tee sheets are £20 per month for the first sheet, and £10 for any extras. So if you had 2 courses, it's £30/month + VAT.
The only other cost associated with YGB is the online payment processing. This depends on your venue's turnover, and card split.
We'll always work with you and the providers to get the best price and we have a lot of leverage with the providers we partner with. A small venue can expect around 1.5% as an online fee, with no fixed amount added on. Much lower than the 2.9% +20p you might get with companies like PayPal. If you're a larger venue, have a chat with us so we can negotiate you a much more competitive rate.
YGB then just scrapes a fee when an online booking is processed. It's up to you whether you want to pay that yourselves, or pass it on to your customers as a reservation fee when they book.
